Ventures’ indicative standard structuring

Startups undergo an incubation period of 9-24 months, where they receive :
– Management, Legal, Marketing advisory & close monitoring
– HR Guidance in building world-class teams
– Access to 12Tree ecosystem and operations of 60.000+ ha
Fundraising up to Series A stage in first 24 months ;
Startups are ready to excel autonomously after incubation period and independently raise capital and grow ;
Holding period 3 to 7 years.
